Contract manufacturing: Through its operations in India, Asence manufactures and exports more than 100 finished dosage products internationally, supports an impressive list of APIs as well as a strong generic development pipeline and capabilities for custom manufacturing.

Asence manufactures select oncology and synthetic APIs and intermediates at its dedicated facilities in Ranoli (India), and fermentation-based products through its subsidiary Synbiotics Limited.

All products consistently meet stringent regulatory standards across India and key global markets, including the US, EU, and Japan.

Our History

Asence Pharma was founded to bring together pharmaceutical science, manufacturing expertise and global market access. Since then, we've expanded into APIs, formulations and specialized products, building the systems needed to serve international markets and grow alongside our partners.

2003

Asence Inc was founded in New York USA as a subsidiary company of India’s Ambalal Sarabhai Enterprises by Mohal Sarabhai

2006

Asence Pharma Private limited was founded as subsidiary of Asence Inc USA

2016

Asence has more than 100 products registered in over 40 countries

2019

Asence set up a manufacturing plant for finished dosages which is now operated by a group company for operational and strategic reasons

2023

Asence sets up manufacturing plant for API’s - Oncology and synthetic at Ranoli, Gujarat.

Today

Asence receives CEP for it’s product amphotericin B manufactured at group company synbiotics.
