Mr. Mohal K. Sarabhai

Mr. Sarabhai is a Mechanical Engineer from the University of WISCONSIN -Madison who started his career as an Engineer in the field of biomechanics residing in USA . He has been actively associated with the pharmaceutical industry since the last 25 years, having worked in India and in International markets. He has been associated with ASENCE Inc, USA since its inception in 2003 and currently is the President, CEO and Director of ASENCE, USA and ASENCE Pharma Pvt. Ltd, India. He is also managing director of ASE Limited & Synbiotics Limited.

Dr. Ashokkumar Shah

Dr. Shah is a doctorate in pharmaceutics and has been associated with the Sarabhai Group of Companies for more than four decades and has worked as a Vice President – QC/QA.

Mr. Umesh K. Shah

Mr. Shah is a qualified Chartered Account (CA), Company Secretary (CS) and Institute of Cost and Works Accounts of India (ICWAI). He has an experience of over 40 years in the field of Finance & Accounts.

Mr. Mayur K. Swadia

Mr. Mayur K. Swadia has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non Executive & Independent Director) of the Company w.e.f. 9th November, 2020. Mr. Swadia is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also holds the degree of ISA (Certified Information System Auditor) by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He holds extensive and varied experience of over 34 years as a corporate advisor.

Mr. Swadia is Senior Partner of K.M. Swadia & Co., Chartered Accountants rendering professional services to the clients across India and other countries. He has been on the Board of various Companies over the years. He has been a regular speaker at professional forums. He is rendering services as Honorary Trustee to charitable organizations.
